Privacy Policy
How PragMenu handles account, menu, analytics, and billing data.
PragMenu is designed to help restaurant operators import menus, review changes safely, and keep guest-facing screens current. This policy explains what data is used to deliver that workflow and where third-party processors are involved.
What PragMenu stores
We store the account details needed to operate the service, including the owner identity, menu content you import or create, display assignments, and billing status needed to show the correct plan state in the product.
What third parties handle
Stripe processes subscription checkout, payment methods, invoices, and billing portal actions. PragMenu does not collect raw card numbers directly. Our secure cloud infrastructure provides authentication, data storage, hosting, and backend services used by the web app.
Analytics and product improvement
When analytics is enabled, PragMenu may measure homepage engagement, CTA clicks, video interactions, and upgrade funnel activity to improve onboarding and conversion. This helps identify where potential customers hesitate before activation.
How imported menu data is used
Imported spreadsheets, PDFs, and images are used to generate reviewable drafts for the operator who uploaded them. PragMenu is designed so nothing goes live automatically before the operator approves the result.
Data sharing
PragMenu does not sell menu or account data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to deliver authentication, storage, analytics, hosting, and billing.
Retention and deletion
Account and menu data is retained while the workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing reconciliation, recovery, and support. Deletion requests can be sent to support@pragmenu.app.
Contact
For privacy questions, support requests, or deletion inquiries, email support@pragmenu.app. Operational support is part of making the launch experience trustworthy and fast.
